Atelier Policy

THE COMMISSION

Unlike traditional retail, we do not carry stock. Every garment from Looking Friday is a commissioned work, engineered specifically for the individual. By placing an order, you are initiating a process of creation, not just a transaction.

THE DISPATCH (SHIPPING)

We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States. Because these pieces are valuable, we require a secure physical address (delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available).

Security: To ensure the safety of your acquisition, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Timeline: Please allow 3–7 business days for transit once your piece has left the atelier. You will receive a tracking number the moment your package is sealed.

International: We ship worldwide for a flat fee of $65. Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

ACQUISITION INTEGRITY (RETURNS)

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all commissions are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every piece remains a singular creation, made for one owner.

THE FIT GUARANTEE

The relationship does not end at delivery. We understand that structure must meet movement. If your garment requires adjustment, we are honored to provide complimentary alterations. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a fitting or shipment back to the studio. We want the piece to live with you, not just on you.
